List run actions from the canonical event spine
GET
/v1/threads/{threadId}/actionsProject only action and tool lifecycle events, optionally narrowed to a run or activity group. Action-like legacy logs and steps are returned when no canonical action events exist; messages, run state, permissions, projections, and control events are excluded.
