List retained observation import summaries
/v1/evaluations/{evaluationId}/observation-runsDiagnostic retained evidence only. Requires current parent Evaluation run-view permission. No target execution, inference, reference authority upgrade, holdout exposure, or release approval. Imported systemLabel is caller declared, not verified execution provenance. Unknown references are not negatives. Responses are no-store. Pages preserve continuation metadata; measurement denominators use pinned observations.
