Archive the current Mission Control delivery-plan revision
POST
/v1/projects/{projectId}/delivery-plan/archiveMarks the current plan revision archived while preserving its immutable contract, bindings, executions, and audit events. The operation is idempotent and refuses a queued, running, or blocked execution.
How to call this endpoint
