Summary
Computer Agents helps companies orchestrate autonomous software agents. To provide and secure our services we collect minimal information, give you control over your data (including explicit consent for AI sharing), and never sell personal data. If you have questions about this policy, reach out at privacy@computer-agents.com.
This Privacy Policy explains how Computer Agents ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our websites, products, services, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes the choices you have with respect to your information.
Certain features in Computer Agents use third-party AI services to process your tasks (e.g. generating responses, analyzing attached content, or enabling agent workflows). We only send data to these services when you actively use an AI-powered feature and have given explicit consent via our in-app consent screen.
- What we send: Your task prompts, messages, conversation context, attached files/images, and necessary technical metadata.
- When we send it: Only upon your explicit action to invoke an AI task — never automatically or in the background.
- Our usage: We do not use your prompts or content to train our own models.
- Provider retention: Each AI provider may retain data according to their own privacy policies (linked below). We recommend reviewing them directly.
- Providers we use:
- Anthropic (Claude models): https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy
- OpenAI: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
- Google (Gemini models, when selected): https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Brave Search (web search integration): https://brave.com/privacy/
